A puzzle: Inflammation, Acne, and Hydrocele all flare up at once.

Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what has been going on with me for the past few days.
To be straightforward, I've recently experienced:

1. inflammation (bruised feeling in the mpb area)
2. acne breakout (deeper cyst-like acne in the space between my lips and chin)
3. hydrocele flare up (right side, mild pain, and slight increase in size)

I have a hunch these three are connected.

Possible factor:
Recently, I've been experimenting with diet due to all this ray peat business, and think it's possible these symptoms are connected to dairy consumption (pasteurized 0% milk)
Since removing dairy, all three of these symptoms SEEM to be settling down.

That's just the first thing that comes to mind.

Any ideas?
