Flare up - Help Please Empty Flare up - Help Please

Post  The Hulk Thu Apr 14, 2011 6:47 am

This week I had a pretty bad flare up of inflamation. Symptoms;

1. My scalp got really bad with a cradle cap type dandruff, scalp really itchy and sore.
2. On my chest I got the usual rash spot with red inflamed bumps. Itchy and if I scratch too much it can bleed.
3. Bad heart burn.

I strongly believe that each of these are inter-related and is actually my body going under an inflamation attack. I have had this occur most of my life (which I think has been bad to my hair - no bald patterns, but a general thinning on top), however this is the first time I have had this happen again in a while.

I wanted to ask what people think might be going on here? I was away with work when it all started, so I wonder if it could be stress? When I go away, I do get a bit of stress (catching planes, meetings, schedules etc).

I am following the supplement guide from this site (Tocomin, D3, MSM, Biotin, Fo-Ti, Nettle Root, Green Tea, Magnesium, ALA, Resveratrol and Curcumin). Do I need to increase any of the doses?

I feel I need to get the inflamation under control in order to keep the hair.

Thanks.

The Hulk
