"People who have Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity are also advised to avoid azelaic acid because it is a bonded dicarboxylic acid, containing the proteins that are naturally found in wheat, rye and barley."
I've never seen this discussed before. With all the talk about gluten being bad for hair, is it possible that azelaic acid could accelerate hairloss?
