Could sulfasalazine be hurting my hair regimen?

I have to be on this for inflammation I get in my eyes. I am on a fairly small dose but I have had to up it to 500mg 2x per day becuase my doc says you build up immunity. But aside from it completely getting rid of my head itch I'm curious what it has done for my hair
