Cleansing etc

What would you recommend to start first. I finally cleaned up my diet and started eating healthy. My next step is to start cleansing. Would you recommend doing a parasite cleanse before heavy metal? Eventually I want to get into using a rife. Thanks for any advice.

Have you thought of water fasting?
I water fasted for 3 days then straight on to juice fasting for 3 more days and feel after recovering it done me the world of good...
Also my hair fall got less and less over the days I fasted!

Heavy metal is not really a cleanse.....
Most say you should start with bowel cleanse and then liver/kidney and so on. If you go this route I would follow hulda clarks programs and plans http://curezone.com/clark/

Yea I wanted to start with a bowel cleanse and then move onto metal detoxing. Thanks for direction.

Really great kidney, gallbladder, liver cleanses are lemon, watermelon, grape, apple smoothies. Or for better taste, skip the lemon for later in the day, make a very potent lemonade: 4-8 ounces of lemon juice, 1-1/2 cups of water, 20 drops of stevia. Followed up with some chanca piedra (AOR's 10:1 extract is good,) and possibly Jigsaw or chelated magnesium 500-1000mg daily, and some B6 as P5P.

Do this for a few days.... anything in there that shouldn't be, it's coming out. I've seen people avoid expensive lithotripsy using the above information. Then balance yourself out with some green smoothies.

Pancake has the correct route to take for cleansing. You have to start with the bowels and then work your way up. curezone.com has a lot of great information on cleansing. Please be aware there are gentle ways to cleanse as well. If you really want to get down into it, a Master Cleanse that incorporates enema's is the rock star bowel cleanse.
