CS: Liver cleansing/building herbs

CS,

I Know herbs like licorice can be hit or miss so I thought I would run these by you before I start taking them regarding if they are hair friendly or not. My guess is most of them are as they are said to cleanse the blood and improve liver/gallbladder function and hopefully then improve my hormonal balance.

Dandelion
Burdock
Yellow Dock
Oregon Grape
Red Clover
Milk Thistle
Astragalus
Oat

I would go with the following:
Dandelion
Milk Thistle
Astragalus

and add these before the other herbs you listed:
Reishi extract (New Chapters) - this is one of the few products I mention by company name
Chanca Piedra

You could also look into artichoke heart extracts. As far as kick starting your liver the above list will do it very effectively.

Thanks...yes I have been drinking Chanca Piedra tea it tastes quite good.
