UPDATE AND HELP NEEDED

Hello guys, i am currently taking B-100, Silica, Nettle, Colustrum, Magnesium, Spruce Lignan and Maca for internals. I have been taking these internals for the past six months, is it too early to expect results? Externals are the Lasercombe. Recently i have started using the new shampoo from Head & Shaulders, Hair Retain, since using this shampoo my scalp has had a huge improvement.
I believe i may have Leaky Gut syndrome, what vitamins will eradicate this?
What topical could i start using that will provide some improvement, i am close to ordering Spectral DNC, but would like something more natural.
Is there anything else that i have missed?

Nettle root helps with hair not nettle leaf. Have you considered milk or water kefir? I recommend start drinking water kefir daily by incoporating it into your normal routine. Laser comb is a waste of time, have you seen OMG now sells full-scale WW2 design laser helmet worldwide for just 125 USD? I'd get one of those if you are not happy after 6 months on the current regime of yours.

A natural topical, I've heard Lavender, Rosemary, Thyme, TTO are essential oils that act as anti androgens.

AUSSIE - If Leaky gut is a "positive" then enzymes, probiotics Glutamine, (check for Candida). Look for dietary allergens, such as Wheat/gluten and nightshade vegetables.
