Increased eye floaters

A few days ago I noticed all the sudden i had more eye floaters than usual.

I am studying hard (lots reading) and stress. Could this be the cause?
Could it be low blood sugar that caused some damage to the eye (I dont eat sugar, and i take ALA with each meal)

I am taking vit A, E, C, krill oil many antioxidants that should be good for the eyes but I still saw this increase in floaters.

Will these floaters go away eventually (get reabsorbed?)
