CS, couldn't really find much success at all with people suffering from diffuse thinning, what would you say are the most important things to do and take for diffuse hair loss? Thanks.

Many factors to this. Just a casual observation, but of those susceptible alcohol seems to bring on receding, as well as refined starches and sugars.

I made a typo, I meant to say just by observation only, front balding seems to be exacerbated by alcohol consumption.
