I just got back my a1c test...

im 24 5'11 160

its 7.4!

I just recently discovered this website and DRASTICALLY cut carbs and sugar to normal levels. It very hard for me and I feel tired alot but I suspect my body will get used to optimizing on a normal glucose level!

My fasting blood sugar was 120 a year ago and now its 80

never had my a1c tested

But im guessing since i started cutting sugar about a year ago thinking all was gonna be good... I started naturally eating more carbs... but maybe the carbs are better than sodas...

Hopefully as my diet improves my blood sugar and insulin will improve...
