getting results
Hello I'm moj.
so i spent my some of my tax return $ on vitamins. Started the top 6 & a few others.
I've been doing laser therapy about 3 times a week, for 25 minutes. (got a helmet)
& I been using Immortal's shampoo blend.
for a topical i use shen min, works good moisturing my hair, itend to have dry scalp.
So i been on vitamins & shen min since st.patricks day...(6 weeks?)
Seems to have alot of regrow, so far.
the front is a bit slower.
but it further convince's me what a waste minoxidil is, i haven't needed any "shed" faze to start seeing regrowth. I threw all that stuff away.

About Shen min, has anyone else tried this?. What is the general consensus on it?.

Re: getting results
moj, great to read about the progress that you are making!
I have tried the Shen Min topical before, and it didn't do much, if anything, for my hair. Your regrowth most likely has come from the internals that you are using.

Re: getting results
I'm using the shen min has a lubricant more than an aid used for hair growth.
it has no smell, doesn't come off greasy or oily.
has a great nozzle head dispenser.
my hair responds great too it, i never have problems with a dry scalp anymore.
& it's very cheap.
relying on it too produce hair growth ala rogain isn't really my hook for buying it.
it improves my scalp ALOT & that has too contribute to hair improvement, i would suspect.
that shampoo drys out my scalp, once i used this stuff, my scalp appears great.

It also has got a pretty natural extracts of ingredients, it doesn't appear mediciney like rogaine appeared & smelled to me. The smell is almost non existent.

Re: getting results
Oh i also forgot to mention a very interesting side note, my best friend who is younger but has worse hair loss stage. started at the very same time, with the exact combo of vitamins, we ordered double for discounts. Kinda a good test run of the pure vitamin route, with him. He also uses the shampoo & noticed very good results from the shampoo.
i'll keep you updated in the future on this thread, of both are results, i did take before pics.

Re: getting results
Isn't Shen Min basically Fo-Ti? I'm interested since I've just began Fo-Ti (internally) this past week.
To the Natural: I have noticed an improvement in my knees as well. It's hard to be specfic with all
the supps I'm taking, but they (knees) have felt good all week, despite taking quite a pounding. . .

moj -- The product with the clay (and apple cider vinegar) is Scalpure. I'm actually using it and while I can't say it's regrowing any hair yet (too soon) it does have a profound effect on the look of your hair. My hair has looked much thicker since starting to use it a few weeks ago. It's also helping with inflammation and itch.

Yes Odysseus, the stuff is great for the knees. At the Dragon Herbs website, the very first sentence, under the He Shou Wu heading, states its effectiveness for knee (and lower back) pain.

Re: getting results
Hey Moj, happy to hear you are getting results.
Im obviously quite synical about this, maybe because i am just jealous. But i do find 6 weeks to be a bit soon to see regrowth. Could you please post some pics and your full regimen.
Thanks
Coco

Re: getting results
yeah, i know thats a short time frame, but my hair isn't real bad, i'm not starting from scratch. i'm just stating i can see the regrow forming, how much it really fix's itself is yet to be determined. but as i stated it's better than any rogaine results i seen, in a much larger window, i used that for quite some time.
my hair resonded great to laser therapy. but it seemed to flaten out. since i started on this vitamins, it seemed to really "jumpstart" it. My friend's progress is much slower than mine, but his hair is worse. & he's not doing any laser therapy.
i post my vitamins later.
my hair is kinda patchy, I'm hoping that it keeps moving foward with notciable results.
my worse spot is straight up from my nose, not my temple's. i got a massive shed at some point from rogaine and it never recovered. it's annoying having a handball size spot of thinning directly at the forefront of your head.

Re: getting results
Interesting I have the exact same problem as well as diffuse thinning all around the scalp. I'm curious as to what your nationality is?
