..and this has resulted in perhaps 3-4 pounds less weight. The downside I guess is that I do lack some of the nutrients from the milk - can I counter this with only eggs, cheese and cottage cheese?

I have no access to raw milk.

I've noticed one thing since I stopped, the milk seemed to have a surpressing effect on the "wonderful" smells down in the stomach. Do you guys know anything else, that is healthy and would put a lid on my fairly annoying stomach aroma currently harboring in my mouth?

raw parsley is great for your breath, my favourite breakfast is chopped parsley, some radish, lemon juice and some pine nuts - great for your breath and your hair as well

Chlorella is fantastic for bad breath, the chlorophyl makes you smell nice all around actualy providing you take a decent amount everyday.

You can eat whatever you want for breakfast; just have to break the conditioning by not giving yourself the typical foods.

Once you're loaded up enough on probiotics, then you'll see bad breath diminish.
