The 41-year teenager regimen good for hair?
This guy is 41, has great hair, skin, etc. I summarized his video http://www.be40look20.com/youth.htm, the top 8 things he does to stay young are:
8- gets as much sunshine as he can, in winter he goes out and gets sun on arms legs face eyes. But do not get sun burnt.
7- dont eat salt, get sodium from natural foods plants in organic forms not crystallized salt from rocks because it is poison to cells causes premature aging - dont put living cells in salt, salt on grass kills grass
6- no stimulants, no coffee, drugs, pot, prescription drugs, alcohol - poison, premature aging
5- plenty of sleep, doesnt like going thru day without enough sleep.. athlete around world sleep 10hrs
4- eat tons of raw fruits , high anti oxidant fruit - must be raw, not canned.. frozen is ok.. he eats a lot of fruit , eating sugar is natural part of diet but eat it from natural sources.. His main sources of calories are fruits, e.x. he eats 15-20 bananas a day
anti oxidants protect us from the sun, we need sun, it gives life to fruits, we eat fruits, we eat eat sunshine
50% of his diet fruits /veggies fruit great for skin
3- He eats tons leafy green veggies - blended, otherwise chew to liquefy - he eats blended salads - anti oxidants and minerals. He has 3-4 huge salads a day
2- vigorous exercise - lighting speed fitness program.
1- raw food diet - everything he eats is raw - cooked foods are bad for health as bad as smoking
He has great hair.

While I see alot of benefits from that regimen, it is extremely strict. Would be hard to really enjoy life living like that to look younger. Some points are really good though, except the line, "cooked foods are bad for health as bad as smoking". How can that possibly be true.

helpmyhair1 - People had different metabolic types, and since there is a predisposition towards hair loss, this diet would help but not necessarily stop hair loss on aggressive MPB types.
