MSM, Curcumin, Resveratrol, Soy Isoflavones, Taurine and B-Complex? (& a general multivitamin along with a separate Vitamin C and E supplement)

Been reading up a lot all week (have barely moved from my computer) these all seem like they're mentioned quite a bit and the science and studies behind them seem promising. I guess the Soy makes sense because Oriental people eat loads of Soy and their skin and hair is incredible.

Iodine and companion nutrients could be very important. Chelating heavy metals and having a clean diet can also be important.
