New regimen scalp feeling good

Ok so basically don't worry about washing too much not every day I've been using the meat tenderizer which looks like brass knuckles with a square protruding with roughly 140 little metal dulled spikes that I press in all over my scalp for a few minutes twice a day in also since 1 week doing topical phenibut which I believe works close to the mechanism of valproic acid to increase beta catenin etc will update if I see any progress
