Current Regimen v. Female Loss Regimen Empty Current Regimen v. Female Loss Regimen

Post  bklyngirl Sun Nov 21, 2010 10:41 am

Hi I'm a 34 y.o. woman whose been experiencing mild hair loss the past couple of years. Lately I've noticed it much more and feel the need to take action. I have low vit D (15) and ferritin levels (3) which i'm trying to raise with supplements. I was also interested in the supplements offered at immortal hair. Since the male and female regimens are so different, are only the female supplements recommended for women? Are there any on the male list recommended for women? Thank you.
