Asthma and albuterol inhalers
I've had asthma my whole life and been using albuterol and other treatments as well. I don;t want to use my inhaler, but my asthma kicks in way to hard to not use it. What are the issues with albuterol? Could this or any of the other treatments over the years contributed to my hair loss? I have general thinning (which I believe is mostly due to fungal/bacterial induced dandruff), slight recession, and crown thinning.
Lately I've been having very bad reactions to animal hair... dogs and cats in particular. I'm very allergic. I get terrible asthma, watery/itchy eyes, itchy throat/skin etc...
My hair loss seems to increase with prolonged exposure too.
What can be going on?? Is there a connection between the histamine response from the allergy and the hair fall? What can I do to treat/cure my allergies and asthma?
Anyone got any input?

Re: Asthma and albuterol inhalers
I've been on inhalers but recently tried to wean myself off them. I've looked for asthma drugs linked to hair loss, I don't think there's a link yet. Fortunately for me I can just stop taking them as my asthma is much better, but for you I would probably suggest try take the bare minimum if possible.
I've never used it but I think, in regards to supplements, quite a few people have had positive responses with Broccomax:

The 2nd review on iherb, somebody talks about;
"I have recently thrown out all my inhalers for the first time in 40 years, that is how confident I am of the products I am using to control my asthma."
Something to look into and consider.

I used to taske broccomax and my asthma may have been a little better at that time, but I'm not sure. It tends to come and go in terms of intensity nowadays on its own though too.

Magnesium is very helpful for asthma. Also check into wheat/gluten avoidance.
Vitamin D sufficiency may also be a factor.

How about the whole allegrgy thing? Could allergies I have to dogs trigger histamine, thereby increasing hair loss?
