CS: A question regarding Ecklonia Cava.

Do you take it on empty stomach before meals or after meals?? Also Ecklonia being renowned for it's antioxidant properties how much dose would you recommend a healthy woman?? ( no hair issues ).

Nocturnalhorse - Personally, I take it with all my meals (just before or during), but it can be taken on an empty stomach also.
A healthy women can take it morning and evening.
