Just wondering if there is any advantage to this, as the main 3 things for thyroid health seem to be iodine, selenium and l-tyrosine, so just curious if taking this is advised.

Hoppipolla - It helps for some. I prefer the N-Acetyl Tyrosine to regular Tyrosine.

How much N-Acetyl Tyrosine should one be taking for thyroid conditions?
