Iodine+Selenium+Vitamin C - good or bad

Have never tried this combo, but wanted to see what you thought. I have lugol's but wanted to try kelp because it (the brand) has laminaria in it. Wanted to take this with ascorbyl palmitate and selenium (100 mcg).
Any ideas on this combo together?
