Why is Gluten bad for you
O.K. so I got sick of looking at all the biased information over the internet that is either outdated, wrong, or just plain stupid.
I looked all over this sight and found a bunch of explanations that were to drawn out or I just plain out didn,t understand. People
say take it out of your diet, but what if you not allergic to it. What then. I am lost.

I assume your experiencing hair loss? If so it should be accompanied by an itchy scalp. So, what I did was hold off on gluten and just generally see how you feel. I noticed when I took in gluten, I felt bloated all the time. I could eat the same amount of any other filler food (rice for example) and not get that feeling regardless of how much I consumed. Also the inflammation (itchy feeling) would overcome my scalp for the next day or so. Try it out.

You should try to take it out of your diet anyway. Side effects are different for a lot of people. For some hair loss, others could have stomach pain, digestive issues, acne, rashes, brain fog, etc. So why is it becoming an increasing problem? Well for starter hybrid foods increase the (I think) glucoside. This has led to an increase in the amount of people testing positive for gluten related diseases. If you are from northern Europe this increases your chances alone in being gluten intolerant.
Doctors can test for this. Call ahead and make sure your doctor is willing to test you for this. Some doctors are ignorant to this issue and will not test you.
