Gluten Studies. Where are they
I have been off gluten for almost a month now. I haven,t noticed a thing except that
it,s expensive and that I really miss whole grain bread. I will take gluten out of my diet forever if I can get some solid information of why I need to. I don,t have celiac disease and someone here said that it is beneficial for 75 to 80 percent of people to take it out of there diet. Maybe a website or a study of people that don,t have celiac decease that it benefited.

No need to avoid gluten if you do not have celiac or gluten sensitivity. It is a perfectly viable food source... in moderation of course.

I heard from this website and others that gluten is a paste that sticks to your digestive tract. It,s like a glue substance that prevents nutrients from digesting

Not.
It can cause inflammation and dammage to the villi which causes malabsorbtion of nutrients. That only happens to those who are gentically intollerent to gluten.
Hairloss on its own is not very good way to diagnose celiac or gluten sensitvity.

Re: Gluten Studies. Where are they
According to an expert on gluten/Celiac disease, he says that about 25% of the population are gluten intolerant, whether they know it or not.

CS, that % would not surprise me. I am gluten sensitive myself and others in my family
There is certainly no harm in impirically trying maintain a gluten free diet without official diagnosis. But as we know that is a pretty tall order of lifestyle change. If one has no other symptoms than hairloss, it's probably not be worth the trouble.

To add, those who have lived with copper pipes in their homes, and worse, who have chlorinated water in their copper pipes are "probably" more likely to have gluten intolerance than those who don't.

The studies on Alopecia Areata and the Gluten/Celiac connection often site a study (I haven't read this particular study) discussing an increasing trend of celiacs in the population. In the 50s 1 out of 330 people were celiac, in 2000 1 out of 100 people are celiac.

From my own experience, and most whom I've communicated with, many symptoms associated with gluten are hardly recognized until -after- the grains are dropped.
It's probably worth it for every and anybody to drop the grains for a couple months, just to get a feel for how much it really affects the body.

Actually there's gluten intolerance. Constant low grade inflammation can never be good.
I've researched for quite some time, and wheat by itself, brings problems to ANYONE.
In my case it was probably the #1 cause of dysbiosis and LGS.

That,s great and I could believe that if you actually have some articles, websites, natural practitioners, you some facts on your research.
I am not trying to be rude, but I want to know for myself why wheat is a problem for most anybody. Explain and I will listen

The book within that torrent should have everything you need to know regarding gluten.
If you really strongly care about the issue, then reading it will definitely be illuminating.

Send me your email in a PM or just get at me here: purpleturnip9@hotmail.com and I'll send you the PDF, having a Demonoid account would be necessary to download from that site and it would be much more time efficient for me to just send it to you.
