Question regarding grains.... Empty Question regarding grains....

Post  crysanthium Tue May 11, 2010 7:26 am

IH, I have been experimenting with a better diet and I have read here to avoid processed grains for better hair... My question is what about simpler grains? Such as air popped corn or whole oats in hot water? As a sweetener is honey an issue?

Thanks,
Eric

crysanthium - It mainly depends on your sensitivity. Wheat is the one to avoid, with exception to sour dough bread.

If you make the popcorn yourself (avoid the microwave versions) it may not be so bad. Oats is a grain that is generally better tolerated and contains less mycotoxins than other grains.

crysanthium - Raw honey is an excellent sweetner to use.
