Bodily visible signs of testo/estro ratio?
Some guys builds and keeps muscles easily, others don't. Some men have a fat ass and tits, others don't. Some men gets a lot of body hairs, others don't. You get my point? Do you know any particular bodily visible signs that reveals any information about the testo/estro ratio in the body and more importantly, what could be done in order to optimize the levels?

For estrogen, Tits (bitch) are where it goes first for adult men (in my experience). It may show in other places - but this is where it is immediate and most visible.

I saw a study mentioned in the newspaper the other day, that guys with "tits" have higher serum levels of phtalates. So likely it is
where it goes first. A bad early sign may be low libido. However some high T gfuys dont grow alot of body hair.

I have bitch tits, but a smaller bum than my gf...who is very slim. I've have gyno since I have been in high school, my Dad had a very pronounced chest and aggressive hair loss, my grandad had a prounced chest but didnt lose his hair until he was much older - I'm wondering if it does have a connection to your hormone levels or not.

I thought OP wanted to know where estrogen shows up in men first (perhaps in relationship to estrogen/testosterone) - are we trying to draw some conclusions from estrogen / testosterone and hairloss? if so then I do not think a correlation has been scientifically proven. There are ppl with all sorts of estrogen / testosterone / estradiol / DHT levels with and without hairloss - alteast I have not seen a holy grail that says if you have excess of this hormone you will definitely go bald.....

I've got big pecs, which are muscle and a big bum which also muscle. Got massive amounts of body hair. Dunno what that means.

A lot of wait across the mid-section and thinner legs is a sign of insulin resistance I believe.

Tooyoung, same here. I'm a young balder as well (25 years old) and I have a big butt (all muscle). The rest of my body is thin though. I also have a lot of body hair.
