Excess sleep in eyes Empty Excess sleep in eyes

Post  MilBA Fri Dec 04, 2009 8:38 am

For the last six months or so, ever since I had tonsillitis, I have found that I get excess sleep in my eyes when I wake up in the morning. Any thoughts of what the cause may be and any supplements that may help? I eat a pretty clean diet and exercise regularly. Thanks

I think what you mean is that you feel your eyes "heavy", even when not sleepy.

I have felt the same for a lot of time, I'm pretty sure these are signs of die-off or hypoglycemia (bacterial or fungal toxins or other causes)...

What can you do? Detox, reverse dysbiosis, supplemental nutrition, etc.

Sorry not to be more specific, I meant eye mucus. Its not pink eye, and its not a crazy amount of mucus, but definitely more than I had in the past. Not sure if it is something I should be concerned about.

I would start by getting an allergy test. Mucus that isn't accompanied by an infection can often be attributed to allergies.

I second that. If it's not an infection,it might be allergy. You should get diagnosed if the issue persist.
