7HMR lignans

Hi
,i started taking 7HMR and it made my face and scalp very oily and shedding
i bought it from swason so its good
i saw some taking it to fight hairloss,but i think on me it has the reverse effect

baroudeur - I have heard this before, yet it may or may not be temporary. Are you using anything else?

so many things,like stinging nettle roots,nettles leafs,curcumin/resveratrol/chloerella,soy select,saw palmetto,cod liver oil or kirll oil

i am going to list evrything i take later
since i am starting a new regimen with PM....i am oging to drop some stuff

by the way zma and maca by themslves also make my face oily shedding

when I was in my twenties, just about anything that was pro-androgen (anti-aromotase, or other) would increase sebum and be detrimental, zma was one of those things. now not so much an issue.
