HMR lignans on sale at LEF

Hello people, my first post here and not specifically meant to be an advertisement, however, given the popularity of HMR lignans here, I thought you would be interested in LEF's summer sale which happens to include a 2/3 off deal on HMR lignans. I mean their regular price is a bit obscene, but the reduced rate is very competitive. I've ordered three bottles myself. I'm not sure if they're 60 or 100 count but either way, at 100mg they are a good deal.

The Swanson's version IH reccommends is 40mg 1x a day. You get 60 for 14.99

This LEF version is 100mg and you get 60 for $26 (not factoring in shipping).

If the extra 60mg matters to you, it's a good deal I guess but IH seems to think the 40mg dose should do the trick.

Just to follow up on this, I received the shipment today: each bottle contains 100 capsules, each with 100mg HMR lignans. If you use a half cap per day (just empty the other half into a small container) that's 200 doses at 50mg/dose.
