Weight Gain after dropping 7hmr?

i dropped 7hmr lignans, and while i was on it, i was very slim and lean and had not much body fat at all. then just a few weeks after dropping it, i noticed i was putting on a lot of weight around the chest\stomach. could that be related to dropping 7hmr?

i started taking saw palmetto\nettle\pygeum blend, but i just read an article that mentions a study where animals given saw palmetto had a lower genital size and weight? im 18 and i will stop if thats the case!

oh yea, and i've been reading about plastics and estrogen and im a bit worried, because i used to microwave plastic cups of soup, and the cups would come out soft. so i very likely was leeching plastic estrogen into my body. makes me shudder! and i was a kid when i did that!

GhostStar - I think 7-HMR trumps a palmetto\nettle\pygeum blend. For the very reasons you mentioned I stay away from microwaved food or even using one (even for reheating).

A lot of plastics contain Bisphenol-A which can cause insulin resistance in small animals. It only takes 10 micrograms of Bisphenol-A to turn a mice into a diabetic.

7-HMR will contribute to lean body mass. This has been my experience. You may want to take half a capsule daily, or less. there is nothing written in stone that dictates that u must take a wholcapsule per day--and it is very easy to divide those capsule.

All said, one regret I have is fucking with those potent dht inhibitors--all those u mention are among them; never did an ounce of good and did a pound of bad.

i've heard a lot of talk about Pueraria Mirifica, but that worries me too because they usually talk of it as a breast enlargement agent. does it block dht too, because i want to let dht go free in my body for a while! actually, one upside i read to me taking saw palmetto is i read an article where i respected doctor claims if you cycle propecia for a few months, then stop, it will have flushed old dht out, then you will get another rush of dht after no longer taking it, which is supposed to actually be good for you sexually.

maybe i'll go back on 7hmr, because i definitely was leaner and felt better when i was taking it, but i dont think it was helping my hair much, which is diffuse all over. so for the pueraria, i'd just add a drop or two into my shampoo and mix it up? will it be absorbed systematically, and is that a problem if it is? i really want my hair back, but i dont want to mess with my development anymore being that my hair fell out tons immediately after i finished puberty, which wasn't long ago
