Where can I buy a dermaroller?

Hi guys!
There are so many fakes out there. Could you please give me some reliable web sites selling the original dermaroller or an equivalent copy (medical needles, etc) ?
Moreover, could someone be so nice to explain to me what the 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm lengths mean? Are they the total length from the plastic to the end of the needles or the depth the model will penetrate?
