dermaroller and dt therapy

i am new here and sorry about my english.

i am using dermaroller 1.5 mm once in two weeks

1. I think to add to my regimen the massage method Detumescence Therapy. Should i use every day except the days after wownding? How do you combine treatments?

I have done both treatments. Basically if your scalp is still sore from DR, do not do massage. I would guess at least 4 days off after DR, but it depends how fast your tissue heals. Make sure you are getting at least 1,000 mg of vitamin C daily to assist in the healing.

about vitamin c i take in multi vitamin, but good idea because its not enoghe.

i am also take Supplements daily:
msm, multivitamin, gelatin, biotin 5000 mg, saw palmeto 320 (and also i will start vitamin c)
Do I need to take the supplements in the days after the use of a roller or wait a few days?
for exomple msm is anti inflammatory so maybe not good after rolling...

Sorry I have not been on the site often. There are huge threads on demarolling, it has been years since I have done it. Yes I did see results with DR and minoxidil together, but did not want to do that for the rest of my life. I developed the pressing method for this thread and there are photos on another mentioned link in that forum . My progress is slower than I want, but steady.

Basically the pressing method is an alternative or can be done with DR. I think they do much the same effect, and this is detailed it the thread. If you are up for DR for sure you have the commitment level to make improvements.
