Looking for a list that would fill all my nutritional needs as I'm trying to stay away from a load of supplements. Whatever foods are good for the body and hair please list them.

Have you ever tried nutritional yeast?  I tried it and now I put it on everything, it's a really great source of B-vitamins.

It's similar to brewer's yeast somehow, but people say BY tastes like tears and sadness. NY tastes like cheddar cheese!
