Hi all,

What's the most healthy cookware to use?  Something that won't release harmful toxins in to the air and poison our food?

Today,  I was cooking some scrambled eggs when a small gnat flew over the fumes from my old ceramic pan.  It died instantly and fell into my eggs, unmoving.  Gets you thinking...
