I drink the probiotic yogurt ones, they're good, as for the benefits I know there is supposedly a few, but I never dived deep in to the research

Do you think its still safe to drink the pasturized kefir? because I stopped all dairy on account of none of it being Raw and it being pasturized. which sucks for me because I love yogurt & cheese especially

I mean Im sure its all safe in reality in moderation. But I think if it was Raw kefir & not pasturized it wouldnt be inflammatory and would be crazy healthy.
From what I hear People from parts of India and Sardinia Italy for example drink Raw Colostrum & kefir everyday and they over 100 alot of times. Ive been to Sardinia before and alot of the old people that were sheep herders when they were young who are now in their 90s are like nw1 or nw2 at most and their still very active. I believe its because of the mineral dense Raw dairy, gluten free grains & high amounts of home made red wine & Olive oil.

Yes, I'm sure making it with raw milk is ideal.  I make my own kefir, and I use both raw and (organic) pasteurized milk, depending on what I can get.
It is crazy healthy either way.  Anyway thanks for the reminder, I'll see if I can buy raw milk at the natural foods store today.

My hair is looking great these days btw, and I'm sure the kefir is part of that.
