harden teeth enamel?

Anybody know what's good for keeping teeth enamel hard? I use sensodyne toothpaste plus a few others over the years and I still can't help chipping my teeth when I hit a bone when eating meat. Chicken wings are the main culprit since there's not a lot of meat on them. I wonder if certain minerals or proteins might help build up enamel or make it harder. I drink lots of milk so am getting enuff calcium.

Balance of minerals phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, copper and zinc; silica is necessarily, beside calcium. Additionally vitamins k2, d and a play a role in mineralization of the teeth. From the dietary perspective limiting antinutrients as phytic acid, acids in general and sugar in general should help according to Weston Price. Inflammation in the mouth should be limited as well.

Flossing is most important and limit sugar.
Chicken wings will make bone and teeth stronger
Because they contain important minerals and vitamins
Also they make the tooth socket ligament stronger.
If teeth are chipping when u eat wings chances are you have decay
In the tooth and or large fillings of unsupported tooth structure
Hence floss try spry or trident advantage they have xylitol to fight decay
Chew 1-2 after meals
