Apology on long Ortho Nutrition shipments, and Solution

Hi all,
I just wanted to take a moment to apologize for the long shipment delays as of late. November was a surprising month that was about 40% more volume than what I'm accustomed to, and while that's awesome, from both an inventory and time perspective, I wasn't prepared. Many of you have e-mailed me, and I'm only just beginning to get back to folks that have done so. I will get back to everyone.
As a solution, I will be hiring a temp worker to assist with shipment duties. This will allow me to focus more on other aspects of running the Ortho Nutrition business, such as customer service, and some new ideas to help people better alleviate health and hair loss problems.
Happy Holidays, and here's hoping 2015 brings great things for us all.
