Has topical coconut oil worked for anybody?

Because it seems to be working pretty well at this point for my internal Candidiasis.

fungal nails, jock itch, itchy ears, frequent bloathing, carb and alcohol cravings, etc. Any or any combination of them...

Yeah that kind of thing.
I have a white tongue often, dandruff, some other fungal skin infections, bloating and gas and white fungal-looking die-off when I take things like coconut oil.

what exactly are the kinds of benefits youre experiencing? by the explanation above it seems i might have candidiasis

I've just noticed lots of fungal die-off when I use the loo... lol
Much more than with anything else I've ever taken for it, I think.
I also eat a careful diet too though. It's not The Candida Diet or anything, but it's a very specific diet!
I tend to stick to a low fibre and highly digestible diet so that carbs don't reach my large intestine and feed Candida.

Do you get constipated from the lack of fiber? I can't eat gluten so i already stay away from a lot of grains. Also is that really you in your picture if so u dont look like youre balding at all!
