How to remove Mercury?
Had a hair mineral analysis test done and my mercury levels were fairly high. I'm not sure what from. I have fillings but I thought they stopped mercury a long time before I got them.
How do I get the mercury out of my system?
Could this be causing my hair issues?

Re: How to remove Mercury?
Wouldn't HIGH mercury excretion be good? It's the people who have low numbers and are too slow to excrete mercury who end up with problems because of holding all that excess mercury.
Either way, look into Cutler's protocol.

Re: How to remove Mercury?
I thought that hair mercury correlated with tissue mercury, which would mean high levels in the body?

Re: How to remove Mercury?
Hair analysis is subject to proper interpretation. I prefer a 6- or 24-hour challenge test (chelation agent) for heavy metals.
How to go about it depends on severity.
I use this Hydrogen Boost

CS, do you think it works better for mecury than Immune boost 77?
Never tried negative charged hydrogen, but do think i need some more potent combo for heavy metals...

Re: How to remove Mercury?
cs @ Do you recommend to use both Hydrogen Boost and Immune Boost 77? ive had seb.dermatitis for a year soon and trying to fix it with supplements and eating healthy. (tried tons of supplements)
Two weeks ago I started taking Colostrum and Jarrows Formulas probiotics (the one you recommend) and the itching have been reduced alot. I ordered both Hydrogen Boost and Immune Boost 77 cause you recommend them and ive seen nothing but good reviews about them. Do you think it might help?

Yes, I use both. I've used Immune Boost 77 for several years now (and before other versions).
I've used Hydrogen boost in spurts. Some of the information I heard about it several years ago seemed too good to be true. In fact I never ventured to mention it on-line because it didn't seem possible.
However, I have seen recent evidence that it might actually do some of these amazing things. So I've started back on it
to try and confirm it.

Yes, definitely worth a shot. Especially the Immune Boost 77
