Remove amalgam today

Any supplement to take for detox heavy metals ? I'm thinking of not putting filling in the tooth after removing the amalgam, Yesterday I talked to my dentist and he said it is bullshit use oxygen or something at the time of removing amalgam

alot of dentists say its bs. can u blame them? they just dont want to believe something they did can be to blame for so many health issues, and they are in denial.

its not dentists fault. even the person who initially thought up using amalgam in the mouth thought he/she was doing good. but like so many things, as time goes on, we find out things that were harmful all along.

in my opinion the problem is our sensitivity to mercury. some people and their varying genetics and abilities to detoxify, and of course various stages of health have different susceptibilities to mercury. a few micrograms of vapour may be harmless to one person, and harmful to someone else. of course, mercury is the most non radioactive neurotoxin known to man, so its bad for everyones brains, but some people can naturally detoxify better than others. possibily glutathione variances between people, and the associated pathways.

personally i got mine removed (by the time i was old enough to figure out how bad they were, most had already eroded or fallen out and i only had one left, i remember i used to have about 10) i got it removed, by a normal dentist, and replaced with the white composite. which probably isnt perfect but im sure its better than amalgam.

i would have got a naturpathic dentist using correct procedures, but i wasnt aware of them, and my dentist just told me not to swallow(of course the fragments of mercury u swallow arent the problem, its the vapor) any way i detoxed with glutathione, NAC, chlorella, chyawanprash (for the vit c in the amla) and sodium phosphate, potassium chloride, and i noticed a huge difference in mental clarity.

so in my opinion its not BS. u cant blame the dentists for not wanting to accept blame though can u.

I know the problems at remove amalgam, but not found holistic dentist here

I just remove my amalgam (20 minutes) and not feel any pain or side, My dentist put a dental dressing, anyone know if he has some sort of mercury or lead in the composition?

I will report any change is in my body, hair or health here in topic
