Recently got some ALA from ortho nutrition and im wondering is it better to take biotin if youre taking ALA with main meal? And if so...why?

Live forever - It used to be a concern, because in the early days it was thought that they completed with each other. However, this is not the case. Biotin is usually worth taking if there's a history of accutane or an inflammatory bowel disease or gut flora problem.
