helping with scalp itch
Yo,
For those who read my cold shower success, you'll know that I only use cold water on my hair and nothing else, no shampoo or anything. However I would get an itch on my temples and crown area which depressed me alot as it kept reminding me of my hair. even though when I pulled at my hair no shedding occured.
I was then looking at a nofap website and some guy said he cured his hairloss, now I dont believe he cured it with this technique but I definately helps with scalp itch and that is...
dont use the shower hose on your scalp. now I fill my sink with frezzing cold water and clean my hair that way, I think the power from the shower hose was irritating my scalp, the only parts that would itch was the hairline and the crown and I've realised now that they are the only parts that are exposed to the hose, the rest is covered by hair so doesnt take as much impact. all im saying is just try it, it may work, it may not. I'm not suggesting to cure hairloss but instead assist with the itch alittle
much love

Re: helping with scalp itch
You should also be doing D-therapy.
I have had unbearable scalp itch until I started doing d-therapy. Now it's rare that my scalp will itch. I haven't seen regrowth from it yet, but it's too early to tell. All I can tell you is that it cured my mpb scalp itch.

If jacking off makes your hair fall out you may have a issue with prolactin or PTH, which prolactin increases and vice versa. Both can be increased due to low/suppressed thyroid function.
