Stop scalp inflammation and itch
Hi, what does everyone agree are the best supplements to stop scalp inflammation and stop the itch?
I gather Ecklonia Cava is important. I read that various brands of this are quite weak and unpure, therefore I guessed the brand that IH recommends ( i think its from his store) would be very pure. Don't know if they deliver to the UK though, I emailed and asked - no answer.
Thanks

Dude go buy some apple cidet vinegar and put it in a spray can and spray it on your scalp. Leave it on for like 20mind then wash off. It is exceptional for scalp itch

Best thing for scalp itch (at least for me) was detumescence therapy. Once the scalp skin was more elastic, the itch went away completely.

Hi Rob, what is that and how much does it cost?

It's free!
Have you checked out the thread on the therapy here?

The massaging is a commitment, but in my experience is worth the time investment. For me, the itch went away about a month after I started.

Any other results you've experienced as a result of doing the detumescence therapy? How long have you been doing the therapy?
