Unfortunatly I did not get a new supply of HMR fron swanson, anyone knows of other sources? It seems to be a really hard-to-find supplement.

I suspect that PM might be way too strong for males to take in our age group (and I'm surprised IH has added it to his regime page before even having taken it himself), and with
all these rumours goign around of excessive cadmium in flaxseed, HMR is really the best option for me currently.

Why are not you able to get it from Swanson? They seem to be in stock there:
