GliSODin amounts and MPB

How much GliSODin should one take to benefit our hair? I take Swanson's brand 300mg twice daily. Is that too much?

Christos - It's not too much, it's hard to over dose with it but you maybe getting more than you need. Initially you can load up a dose with 300 mg but you can maintain these levels with lower doses, such as 100 mg.

Thanks IH. I feel bad now that I've run out and am in the process of ordering a new supply from Swanson's. It will take 7-10 days to get here in Australia. I have also ordered their curcumin over LEF's version, to try it out. I also use their Seanol instead of the EK you recommended.

It may not be doing much for my hair, but I sure as heck look about 10-15 years younger than my age! And that's with baldness and greying hair.

does really glisodin can reverse grey hair?

What makes you look younger? The glisodin? Is it because of an affect on the skin?
