Covid Immunity
Well im just over 2 weeks past my first symptoms and have about gotten over it. I was wondering what data there is on time of immunity. I have read 3 months to years. I have heard that ppl have got it a second time within a 3-4 month period.
I would rather not have to go through this again so was just curious of yalls thoughts. Thanks

They are saying that the B cell memory can last up to 8 months and T cell memory is still active among the first group of patients from Wuhan, meaining around 9 months and based off of previous SARS and MERS outbreaks they are expecting it to last at least 3 years.
None of these are 100% confirmed though.

Serum Levels of Vitamin C and Vitamin D in a Cohort of Critically Ill COVID-19 Patients of a North American Community Hospital Intensive Care Unit in May 2020: A Pilot Study☆
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7499070/
Conclusion
Our pilot study found low serum levels of vitamin C and vitamin D in most of our critically ill COVID-19 ICU patients. Older age and low vitamin C level appeared co-dependent risk factors for mortality. Many were also insulin-resistant or diabetic, overweight or obese, known as independent risk factors for low vitamin C and vitamin D levels, and for COVID-19.
These findings suggest the need to further explore whether caring for COVID-19 patients ought to routinely include measuring and correcting serum vitamin C and vitamin D levels, and whether treating critically ill COVID-19 warrants acute parenteral vitamin C and vitamin D replacement.

Re: Covid Immunity
I had about 4-5 rough days. I also think I let some of the doom and gloom surrounding it and experiences that I have heard from friends cause me more anxiety which made it worse.
Started out with a dry cough and digestive discomfort for the first couple of days. Then led into fever, headache and joint pain. After a few days that let up and I just got extreme fatigue. Just digesting food or getting up to go to the restroom got my heart rate up.
Also my nerves felt shot but I also was not getting much sleep. I got dehydrated at one point even though I was drinking plenty of fluids and had to get an iv.
At about day 10 the fatigue started letting up. I am thin and it felt like I was withering away. My brother got it too with very mild symptoms. He never had stomach issues and ate like a king through it and still lost 15 lbs. Finally feeling completely normal at about day 18.

I was loading up on the vitmain C, D and zinc along with melatonin at night. Felt it was hard to take too much C because it causes bowel movements and I was trying to hold everything in.

Elimination waste faster is exactly what is needed.

Re: Covid Immunity
A few facts about CV19 that mainstream (corporate media) refuses to report.
https://www.acpjournals.org/doi/10.7326/M20-2003
Patients put on a ventilator will automatically elevate their chances of dying by factor of 80 to 90% It's been this way for decades--but with the hysteria, administrators were told to change protocol. That explains all the deaths in New York City. The last thing someone with a breathing problem needs is a ventilator--almost certain death.
Also in terms of autopsy study results. The actual cause of death was: Venous Thromboembolism. This is preventable if one understands nutrition and what constitutes the risks of this condition.
In all 12 Coronavirus Autopsy cases, the cause of death was found within the lungs or the pulmonary vascular system. All had preexisting medical conditions.
For the ones who did not die of large pulmonary emboli, they died of the extensive inflammation within the lungs, meaning pneumonia with Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).
Issues with vitamin D and inadequate minerals will cause downregulation of the ACE2 receptor in the lung alveoli.

Re: Covid Immunity
CS,
Yea it was a battle for me knowing that my body was trying to eliminate for a reason but after 5-7 days I was becoming weak and dehydrated even though I was drinking plenty.
Also of note my brother started having symptoms before me and I was with him a specific day before I started having symptoms. We had almost the exact symptoms but mine were a little worse. My brother is 5 years older than me and works out more but Ive always thought I ate and took better care of my body than he does. Just an interesting tidbit.

Electrolytes in addition to water when detoxing. (sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride).

Re: Covid Immunity
My friend got COVID last week. He said it was very rough the first 3 days. Low O2 (~95) and a sustained fast heart rate.
Then he got on budesonide, dexamethasone and beta blockers and started feeling fine the next day.
I think COVID overwhelms and inflames the lungs with a cytokine storm so stopping that is the key to treating acute symptoms.
As for me, I'm trying to get plenty of sleep, Vitamin C, and CBD Oil.
I got terrible sleep last week and whenever that happens I tend to get sick in the winter. Right now I feel like I'm getting a tiny bit sick but nothing bad just yet.

Re: Covid Immunity
Like I mentioned had bad digestive issues during covid and still struggling to recover. I have bowel movements 2 sometimes 3 times a day and i dont believe im digesting my food all the way.
I know CS mentioned its bad to slow down your digestion cause your body is trying to eliminate but not sure what to do here as it seems my full digestion is only lasting 12 hrs.
