Skin anti-aging devices to use and the ones to absolutely stay away from Empty Skin anti-aging devices to use and the ones to absolutely stay away from

There are so many anti-aging related devices that it is easy to get lost on what to use and what not to use.

One thing that I am highly skeptical of are radiofrequency, ultrasound and thermal. To me these seem like they are cooking the skin from the inside. Is it possible that even though these things are very effective in orking in the short-term, that in the long term, excessive and accumulated usage leads to actually worsening or increase signs of aging? Or am I just beig paranoid. This may or may not be the case for all or some of the ones I mentioned.
