I notice that carnosine is not on your immortalhair.org regimen page. Is that because you just recently started taking it and having added it yet or is it because it isn't really that necessary? I'm just wondering what other supplements you might be taking that also aren't listed on that page. (I ask because I am one of the few guys that actually follows your regimen to a T).

The reason it is not on the regimen page is that it does not specifically address hair loss. The only thing it does for hair is improve the gloss or sheen. At one point I tried the topical form n-acetylcarnosine, that is used for cataracts to see what effect it would have on hair--no results also. However for anti-aging, I think it's the most valuable supplement anyone could take.

I took it consistently for few years in the mid-2000's, then stopped until the research was more clear on the dosage. I resumed it again about a year and half ago.
