Ulnar nerve entrapment Empty Ulnar nerve entrapment

Post  Hairbeback Mon Sep 29, 2014 4:02 pm

Really annoyed....started working out in January, things were going well, losing weight, getting tone and getting my endurance up. Then I noticed when I was waking up from sleep my pinky and ring finger would be numb and tingling and I would have to shake or move my arm for a few seconds to get feeling back in it. Didn't go to the doctor, but it sounds like I Have Ulnar nerve entrapment...now I can't work out for months, and nerves take a long time to heal. Anyone ever dealt with this? Any alternative methods? Thanks
