Mold, mycotoixns & thieves oil

I've been wondering if I should test my apartment for mold... I don't see any, but I live in a place that is 100 years old. It's considered national heritage so our gov won't let us change much stuff. I believe it has been renovated a bunch of times but it still has the original wooden windows, most probably the floors etc.

Could it be that my MPB got really worse from when I moved in Belgium 4 years ago? I remember my first apt had black mold, my second had also humidity problems and mold. And now in my fourth, even if I don't see mold they might well be mold somewhere behind surfaces. I started also thinking if I could have a reaction to mold in my body because my eyes are easily inflamed and irritated, I'm always tired and energy levels are quite low, it's really difficult for me to put on weight, and if I wouldn't supplement my skin is super oily and I've got bad dandruff. My sinus is always blocked from when I moved to Belgium, a doctor told me my nostrils are swollen (prob due to inflammation) and that's why I find it difficult to breathe cause less air can pass trough. When I was living in California my nose was never blocked and I didn't have all these problems. I also started wearing glasses since 3 years when I could always see perfectly. The doctor dismissed it simply saying I'm getting old and my muscles are deteriorating (I'm now 29).

So I just ordered some thieves oil from amazon but it says I can't take it internally, was wondering if anyone takes the original one internally here ? I was also checking out the young living inner defence supps, but it seams overpriced compared to the oil. Does anyone use the therapro diffuser to treat their houses or are there some cheaper solutions that work just the same ?

I don't know also if to take some professional tests of the apartment. I'm currently renting so I don't feel like spending money to correct problems because it will benefit only the landlord. Since there is no visible mold anywhere I don't think he will ever pay for any works if needed.

I think Dr. Mary is pretty reliable. Her mold test should work just fine.
