Junk science articles come out regularly like these. They are junk, because they are designed by meta analysis, which means that any desired result can be calculated.

And hopefully most people are aware here that are more savvy about quality nutrients that the stuff found at "Wrong Aid" and other drug stores are the lowest quality possible.

Having said that, I prefer to get some of my nutrients by superfoods (algae) and specific target supplements. It's quite difficult to find a multi that is quality.

Most multi-vitamin formulas are either lacking in quality or may contain some undesirable ingredients.
