Supplements VS The Big 3
Wich route do you think it´s the most sustainable on the long term? Do you really think that supplements are a better aproach to MPB than chemichals? - in terms of cosmetic results and financial investment. Or do you think that chemichals are the most realist approach to hair loss, since they have a lot of empirical data backing up their efficiency?

or a natural diet approach
that specifically excludes all nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, avocados and olives and their subsequent oils
eating gelatine versus flesh to reduce serotonin, prolactin and estrogen
This is the final piece of the puzzle - diet.

Is there any empirical data to support those claims? Is there any studies that «confirm» the impact of diet on male pattern baldness?

Maybe I´m demanding a little too much, but what I´m asking is something more than common sense. I´m asking if there´s any documented empirical data wich explains the relation between diet and male pattern baldness - the way they connect and in wich way we can use this connection to stop hair loss.

Yes - prostaglandins !
they are caused by nuts/seed/grains/legumes, avocados, olives
and any oil from the aforementioned
that's the dietary connection !

Thanks for the link!
This information is controversial. I´ve found very good opinions on olive oil and I´ve also heard that rice is harmless in moderation - I´ve read about this on the "dietary factors" section of the immortalhair site.

rice would be the most acceptable.
all others are to be avoided
I did say in a previous post, fermenting and souring grains may help, but who does that anymore ? 1% of people ?

Re: Supplements VS The Big 3
I would say, no
basically ray peat, which is paleo, but allows
organs, not flesh
coffee + sugar
potatoes and ice cream
chocolate in small amounts - actually a nut
no nuts/seed/grains/legumes, avocados, olives
and any oil from the aforementioned
